Civil cuisine top. Friendliness top. Portions a little too much. You shouldn't expect a top-class restaurant. This is not it.

A no-frills, rustic restaurant with no frills, but hearty and solid food. You could say that the world is still fine there! A senior portion can be too much for the small appetite ... But the delicious home-made spaetzle (the landlord opens the fresh eggs for the dough himself) cannot be full. You even want to fool yourself 😋 I always enjoy the pepper steak or the beef liver!

At the location there is delicious food for everyone. I recommend it to anyone!!

My friends and I enjoyed it very much, the portions were absolutely sufficient. The service was very friendly and courteous. The children were served and provided with food first, as is appreciated as a parent. We will be back. Many thanks for the hospitality.

You shouldn't expect an exclusive restaurant here, you get the usual rustic charm of a village pub. Here you will find a usual German menu plus changing daily or weekly dishes. Price, (large) portion sizes, taste and quality of the food go very well together (which is probably also due to the in-house butcher shop). This is also why a reservation is always required.

Brilliant. Super. Delicious. Again and again. We were there today and had pork schnitzel, rump steak and jägerschnitzel with spaetzle, fries and salad. It was like the last time, just great. The best food between Brusl and Heidelberg. Bye for now.

As were on recommendation of our landlady. As promised, there were huge portions for a small price. Although we were there on Wednesday night, the crown was very busy and it was quite loud. We sat for over an hour until the food came. All dishes (5 people) were too salted.

A village like childhood, which seems almost out of time. Top meat quality and enormous portions, all very delicious and really cheap. Sometimes, however, the waiting time is a bit long with large crowds and day shape of the kitchen.

A lot of hunger and a small price are not impossible here. It also tastes good. Excellent Refreshment, with a reservation on some days is recommended. Service nice and fast, ambience = simple restaurant.

Top quality and large portions at a fair price. Very popular especially on weekends! The white sausages for breakfast are super spicy and simply unique. Tip!
